The tile floors in the Sully Community Center were installed when the building was constructed in 1994 and are now in need of replacement.  The City Council chose to have ceramic tile installed as ceramic tile requires less routine maintenance than the existing VCT tile.

Removal of the old tile and installation of the new ceramic tile is scheduled for the week of February 7th and access to the Community Center, restrooms and the city office may be limited during this week due to the construction work.  The library plans to be open for their normal hours but patrons may need to use the door on the south side of the building to access the library area.

Construction work will take place as quickly as possible and with as little disruption as possible.  The public will be informed of issues regarding access to the community center and library facilities through information in the local newspapers and notices posted at the building.
